    T3-07-004 -Reeder- Decision of Hearings Officer on Remand

    Applicant is requesting a Community Service approval, Significant Environmental Concern permit and Design Review to expand an existing Recreational Vehicle (RV) campground in the Multiple Use Agricultre – 20 zoning district by 36 RV spaces (reduced by applicant to 25 spaces during review of application).

    Kruger Farm Stand – Case File: T2-09-002

The applicant is proposing: expansion of the operation and structure used for the existing farm stand retail operation, addition of a gazebo to be used for flower sales, and inclusion of promotional activities and sale of incidental items.
