Sauvie Island Community Association (SICA) is a public, non-profit organization recognized by Multnomah County as the rural equivalent of a neighborhood association. Its purpose is to preserve and uphold the interests of island residents and promote an environment of prosperity for island businesses. The association provides a common ground for residents, business owners, farmers and property owners to participate in building a stronger community.
